Meeting the Chef at Bridgewater Mill!
Meeting Ben was a real privilege and it was great to have the chance to meet enjoy some of the menu at The Bridgewater Mill. We were blown away by the quality of the food and the unique taste. The brisket was an absolute favourite. Why not take a trip up the freeway from Adelaide and test out the menu. We finished filming and sat down to taste some more of the menu and we can speak very highly of the quality and size of the meals. We even had a sneaky little dessert.
We paired with the Bent Creek Black Dog Shiraz.
The tasting menu is new menu to the Mill. We started with the Curried Pumpkin Dumplings which exploded with flavour. Followed by the Beetroot Kimchi and House-made Pastrami with Brisket. The passion Ben has for his menu and food was inspirational.
