Having a Winenutt account allows you to collect Winenutt Points on orders and use for discounts on future purchases. Here are some of your questions answered.

What are Winenutt Points?

What are Winenutt Referral Rewards?

We love to reward our customer’s for sharing Winenutt with their friends. Refer a friend with the QR Code / Referral Link / Email and when they purchase you will get a $20 reward to spend on a future order. Not only that we will give your friend a $20 voucher for their first order. Please note only valid on orders over $150 dollars and some products excluded. You will see your vouchers at Winenutt points are rewards you receive when you order from Winenutt. The points accumulate in your account and allow you to access future discount on orders. Why do I need an Account?

Without the account you will be checking out as a guest and your order will then not qualify for further points and rewards.

Why does my user name have random letters?

Your user name is part of the security of your account and is autogenerated but the system. We automatically insert random letters to maintain a high security.

Why couldn’t I have a simple password?

We ask you to set a secure password with minimum character and letter sets. This is important not just on Winenutt but generally as good security for you. Some passwords may be rejected on this basis.

Do you keep financial details?

No financial details are stored on the Winenutt site. The accounts allow you to check past orders and access our loyalty program.

Why was I asked to re-set my password?

At intervals through-out the year we ask customers to re-set their passwords. This keeps you safe and allows you to know we have your security top of mind.

Can I use points on phone order?

We absolutely want all our customers online and phone to be able to access points. If you want to use your points on a phone order just let us know when ordering. Providing you have an account you will collect points automatically on phone orders. These will be included in your receipt.

How do I use points?

When you are logged in when making a purchase your points are visible on check-out. Points have a minimum purchase value. Use some or all your points for a discount. Some extra specials may not qualify for points.
