Made with 100% Fiano grapes this beautiful wine has is light gold with green hues it has wonderful aromatics with dry apricots and a hint of whipped cream.  It has some textural notes on the front palate, with flavours of apricots and a hint of lemon meringue pie, combine for a long lingering finish.
