l’Elegante translates to ‘The Elegant’. This wine is truly an elegant sparkling made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This showcases a finesse with a soft bead on the palate. A fresh, crisp and fragrant flavour flows through this wine, accompanied with balanced acidity to make a delightful and enjoyable drink. Perfect for every day or special celebrations. Retro Wines The Jackie Chardonnay is a vibrant flavoursome wine with a buttery salted caramel on the palate. It has overtones of stone fruits and is slightly nutty. A favourable season that allowed all vineyards to produce strong yields and high quality. This is a stand-out wine with a lively palate entwined with a smooth mouth feel. The Jackie has a smooth and nutty personality and is always loved!
Morish Mystique wine is a classic Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Shiraz gives flavours of plum and black pepper, whilst the Cabernet Sauvignon adds lovely blackcurrant and cherry flavours. This is a soft and well-balanced wine that drinks well at a young age but will also benefit from careful cellaring. A true classic South Australian blend.
Drop Zone Adelaide Hills Montepulciano. The single vineyard grapes were vinified in open fermenters, then matured in French and American oak, to highlight the varietal characteristics. The result is a wine combining plum and cranberry aromas, with vibrant flavours of red fruits and spice. Great wine to pair with smoked brisket or ribs!
