The ‘Limited Release’ collection from Chris Hill and Adam Jacobs is the culmination of a combined 50 years’ experience in viticulture and winemaking.  Working with dedicated, independent grape growers they have selected the finest fruit from premium vineyards in McLaren Vale.  This wine has been hand crafted to reflect the character and expression unique to these traditional varieties.  The earthy rustic charm of old bush vine Grenache dominates the flavour while Shiraz and Mataro add a Chocolate richness and spicy lift.

Their label represents the “Griffin” which is a combined creature of a lion and an eagle. Which creature Chris is and which one Adam is up for argument. 

Today they concentrate on making wines from the McLaren Vale and Barossa wines regions as they believe they are the best in Australia.
