The 2018 Fiano is a sensational summer white with an aroma of zingy citrus amongst soft stone fruit and a hint of ginger.  This followed by a nicely balanced and textured palate with a fruit salad of peach, melon and apple characters.  Again zingy citrus adding freshness and very mild nutty notes on the finish.  An outstanding friend to pan seared salmon or an accompaniment to a plate of oysters.  Why not check out the Oyster Bar at Holdfast Shores it is a Winenutt favourite and you can BYO.

This wine is a beautiful example from the Adelaide Hills and not to be missed!
