PAULETT Clare Valley Riesling

This new release 2022 Clare Valley Riesling has been introduced to celebrate the quality of fruit from Paulett’s Vineyards across the Clare Valley.  This Riesling displays lovely citrus and orange blossom notes while providing a balance of natural acidity and lingers on the palate, giving freshness and length. Another exception Clare Valley Riesling.

Tasting Notes

• Colour – Pale straw green
• Aroma – Lifted aromatics of citrus fruits and orange blossom with tropical notes and underlying stone fruits.
• Palate – Juicy vibrant flavours of lemon, lime, grapefruit and tropical fruits. Generous balanced natural acidity that lingers on the palate, gives freshness and length.
• Winemaking notes – Machine harvested, destemmed and gently pressed taking only the free run juice. Fermented in stainless steel using neutral yeast. Stabilised, filtered and bottled young to capture the purity of Riesling.
