It is a pale brick red in colour with aromas of lifted berry with savoury undertones.

On the Palate there is charming red berry fruits, a dash of spice and a fine soft tannins.

Would pair perfectly with roast duck with red wine poached pears.  We love this recipe for Roast Duck from Jamie Oliver.
