Nepenthe have been producing Sauvignon Blanc since its inaugural vintage in 1997. Throughout the ensuing vintages the Nepenthe has gained recognition as a benchmark of cool climate Australian style Sauvignon Blanc within the industry.
The grapes are sourced from multiple vineyards throughout the Adelaide Hills to ensure depth and complexity. After being harvested in the cool of the night, the parcels were pressed, clarified and blended to create a wine displaying vibrant fruit flavour and intensity that is both lifted and zesty with a persistent, long finish.
