NSW – DELIVERY UPDATE
We are currently experiencing some delays to NSW addresses using Australia Post. We are monitoring this situation and tracking your orders. Currently orders are delays by 5 – 7 business days. It is also currently not uncommon if you have ordered more than 1 case for these to arrive separately. If you have any concerns please contact us on email@example.com.
Other Delivery Information
At Winenutt our goal is to offer you dependable shipping, no matter where you live in mainland Australia. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch next business day. The warehouse will process the orders, and dispatch the same day for courier delivery.
- Shipping time: For Adelaide Metropolitan, Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsular your orders will be delivered Monday to Friday allow up to 2-5 Days Delivery
- Regional and interstate delivery will be within 5-7 business days. (NSW currently between 4 – 10 Business Days)
- Our deliveries are provided by Australia Post and you will be sent tracking details on your order. We have tracking on all orders and would be happy to help if you have an enquiry. Call us on (08) 7221 1685 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We do not delivery to NT due to liquor licence laws but otherwise deliver to all mainland Australia and Tasmania
Cost of Delivery
We have three Shipping Zones and your shipping will be calculated at Check-out. Here is a quick guide:
FREE Shipping – Adelaide, Adelaide Hills through to the Fleurieu Peninsula
$18 a Case – ACT, NSW, VIC, Metro Perth, Metro Brisbane through to Coolangatta and Country SA
$36 a Case – TAS, Country Queensland and Country WA
