Our St Hallet Faith Shiraz is a testament to the unique terroirs of the Barossa Valley, where the combination of black Biscay soils and red clay vineyards results in wine parcels bursting with flavour, length, and texture.
At Winenutt, we adhere to a philosophy of offering only the finest quality wines with minimum intervention and maximum attention to detail. Each Shiraz vineyard is treated with utmost care, ensuring that the grapes are crushed and fermented separately. For this particular wine, the Shiraz grapes underwent fermentation for 6 to 8 days at temperatures ranging from 18 to 26 degrees. Following fermentation, the wine was lovingly matured in a harmonious blend of American and French Oak barrels for a period of 9 months before being expertly blended and bottled.
