Hirsch plies her trade for several wineries including Chalk Hill, Hugo Wines and Aramis, which owns a rather special vineyard in McLaren Vale.

The High Fidelity range is a labour of love for the team at Aramis Vineyards. After 15 years of producing top flight Shiraz and Cabernet, and with the strong emerging reputation in McLaren Vale and beyond for emerging varieties, they decided to push the boundaries of their own vineyard site to create exciting new blends. Winemaker Renae Hirsch has scoured the region to find the perfect parcels of Sangiovese and Malbec to create unique wines that are both complex and delicious, and a truly modern representation of the region.

Aramis Vineyards presents High Fidelity Sangiovese Cabernet, from the Langhorne Blends series.

70% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet. The grapes are handpicked, rack dried, fermented in fine oak and blended with a light touch to let the Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes express themselves.

Lifted dark berry and plum aromas with hints of dried herb and leather. The palate reveals smooth, rich flavours of bright red fruits.
