2020 McLaren Vale Shiraz

McLaren Vale’s Mediterranean climate is ideal for producing wines with generosity and varietal definition. Selected Shiraz from mature, premium McLaren Vale vineyards was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and American oak to build complexity and structure.

The wine has lifted aromas of plum, dark cherry and spice, with a rich, full flavoured palate of forest fruit and vanilla. It finishes with soft tannins and excellent length. It tastes great now but will also reward patient cellaring.

2020 Vintage is drinking absolutely superb at the moment, it has softened delicately and become much more luxurious.
