At Winenutt, we adhere to a philosophy of offering only the finest quality wines with minimum intervention and maximum attention to detail. Each Shiraz vineyard is treated with utmost care, ensuring that the grapes are crushed and fermented separately. For this particular wine, the Shiraz grapes underwent fermentation for 6 to 8 days at temperatures ranging from 18 to 26 degrees. Following fermentation, the wine was lovingly matured in a harmonious blend of American and French Oak barrels for a period of 9 months before being expertly blended and bottled.

Fox at The Door Barossa Valley 2018 Shiraz
Fox at the Door Wine is a boutique producer with a unique wine proposition. They passionately produce about wine and highlights the best of the Australia wine region. Each region has a signature and Fox at the Door work to bring you that unique region in every bottle. The 2018 Gold Reserve Shiraz grapes were carefully selected from premium Barossa Valley vineyards. They diligently fermented for seven days and then matured for 24 months in seasoned American oak barrels to build the complexity and structure.
The wine has lifted aromas of berry fruits and spice, combined with flavours of ripe raspberry, dark cherry and chocolate, producing a delicious and approachable wine with excellent length.
